My job is at risk


Unfortunately, mine and my Monzo colleagues jobs are at risk.

Monzo has some of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure of working alongside and as well as having learnt so much, I have made some amazing friends. The standard in the company is SUPER high, and there is undoubtedly going to be some extremely brilliant people looking for jobs.

It is a tough time for the business, and this has resulted in the hard decision to make some people redundant. This is going to affect 80-120 people across the company outside of customer support.

My goal right now is to help as many of my colleagues as possible, and I can do that by collecting job opportunities to feed back to everyone to give folk some options.

I am also open for opportunities myself.
